Illegal use of firearms

(Baonghean.vn) On January 5th, the Nam Can Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard Command) reported that during a patrol and control operation in the area, the station's task force discovered two individuals illegally using firearms: Kha Van Thang (born in 1989, residing in Hong Tien village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district) and Lu Van May (residing in Luu Phong village, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district).

The unit recorded the incident and issued a fine of 2 million VND to the state budget to the two individuals, while also confiscating two muzzle-loading rifles.
