1.South Korean President meets North Korean delegation in PyeongChang

The committee proposed removing the provision "not serving more than two consecutive terms" from the constitution,XinhuaChina currently limits its president and vice president to two five-year terms, a move that could pave the way for Chinese President Xi Jinping to remain in office after 2023.
The committee also proposed incorporating "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" into the constitution. The constitutional reform needs to be approved by the National People's Congress. The proposals will be submitted to the annual session of the National People's Congress, which opens on March 5.
4.North Korea condemns tough US sanctions

North Korea on February 25 condemned US sanctions and accused the US of trying to undermine improved inter-Korean relations.
North Korea's central news agency KCNA quoted a statement from the North's Foreign Ministry as saying that the two Koreas cooperated together and the 2018 PyongChang Winter Olympics were successful.
However, according to the North Korean Foreign Ministry, the US government has undermined the improvement of inter-Korean relations by imposing sanctions on North Korea before the closing ceremony of the Olympics. The imposition of US sanctions on North Korea would be considered an act of war.

The Afghan Defense Ministry said on February 25 that the country's army killed 19 Taliban insurgents and injured 17 others in attacks on Taliban strongholds in northern Baghlan province and western Farah province.
According to the spokesman of the Afghan army in the North, Major Mohammad Hamid Rezai, at least nine Taliban fighters were killed and three others were wounded in the coordinated attack carried out in Tala-o-Barfak district of Baghlan province.
