(Baonghean.vn) -This year, the number of applications to Vinh University has increased sharply in the fields of education and engineering/technology, while decreasing significantly in the fields of economics.
This year's university entrance exam season saw 23,279 applications submitted to Vinh University (an increase of 3,000 applications compared to 2012). The strongest increase was in the teacher training fields, with 5,196 applications, a 54.6% increase compared to 2012. Specifically, early childhood education received 1,518 applications, and primary education received 1,421 applications.
The number of applications for digital technology and engineering fields increased significantly, with automation control seeing a 100% increase, from 117 to 263 applications compared to 2012. However, the number of applications for economic fields decreased by 30%, with the sharpest decline in finance and banking, down by more than 50%.
