In particular, how to use the VneID Electronic Health Book when going to see a doctor or receiving treatment is guided in Article 6, Decision 2733/QD-BYT. On November 14, 2024, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 871/KH-UBND on piloting the implementation of Electronic Health Books integrated on the VneID application in Nghe An province.
