On September 17, 2024, the Ministry of Health issued Decision 2733/QD-BYT in 2024 on guiding the pilot implementation of the Electronic Health Book for integration on the VNeID application. On November 14, 2024, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 871/KH-UBND on the pilot implementation of the Electronic Health Book integrated on the VneID application in Nghe An province.
