Strange ice stream appears at Fansipan peak

According to information from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from December 28, cold air will intensify, affecting the entire North, along with the North and Central Central regions, especially in mountainous and midland areas. Temperatures in high mountains such as Fansipan peak will drop below 3 degrees, with frost very likely. |
