- When massaging your abdomen, you only need your hands, no other tools are needed. The intensity must be even and slow, as long as there is no discomfort or pain. Try to lie as flat as possible. If time and space do not allow, you can sit up straight.
- The best time is before going to bed at night, or after waking up in the morning and urinating.
- Since intestinal motility is stimulated during massage, you may feel bloated and hungry, no need to worry.
