Nghe An Taekwondo won 2 gold medals at the National Strong Clubs Tournament
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Taekwondo Team ranked second overall at the 2018 National Strong Club Championship.
The 2018 National Taekwondo Championship for Strong Clubs was organized by the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation from September 15 to September 22 in Binh Phuoc.
The tournament attracted more than 600 athletes from 51 clubs in 38 provinces and cities across the country. Nghe An delegation had 17 athletes participating in the tournament.
Athletes competed in two events, one-on-one and one-on-one, to win 58 sets of medals in the 15-17 and over 17 age groups.

At the end of the tournament, Nghe An delegation won 2 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 4 Bronze Medals. Ranked second overall.
The two athletes who won Gold Medals were: Dang Khanh Nhi in the women's 52kg competition and Nguyen Thi Kim Anh in the women's 67kg competition.
