The unauthorized removal of anti-glare panels on National Highway 1A has recurred.

(Baonghean.vn) - The situation of people arbitrarily removing anti-glare panels on National Highway 1A in Quynh Luu district has recurred.

These photos were taken in Quynh Hong commune on the afternoon of March 23, 2015.

Following directives from the Ministry of Transport, the Nghe An Department of Transport, and local authorities, the unauthorized removal of anti-glare panels on National Highway 1A by residents has significantly decreased. Many residents have become aware of their wrongdoing and cooperated with authorities to return the panels.

However, after the inspection teams completed their checks, this situation recurred in Quynh Luu district, especially in Quynh Hong commune - where National Highway 1A runs through for about 1km. The anti-glare panels were constantly being opened and closed.

I believe the local authorities of Quynh Hong commune need to act quickly and decisively to put an end to this situation.
