(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 3 PM on December 20th, a serious accident occurred at the Sang Le intersection in Nghia Xuan commune, Quy Hop district, between a truck with license plate 88H.4398 (driver's identity unknown) and a motorbike with license plate 37X6 6998 (driver's identity unknown). The motorbike driver died on the spot.

Following the accident, the truck driver fled the scene. The district police arrived promptly to manage traffic flow and conduct an investigation.
