Actor Kim Sung Min was found hanged in his home in the early morning of June 24. According to the police investigation, Sung Min committed suicide after arguing with his wife, Lee Han Na. After the argument, Lee Han Na and her son went to a relative's house to stay overnight. Sensing something was wrong, she called the police to come to her house to check on her husband's condition.

Kim Sung Min was taken to the hospital in critical condition. According to Newsen, after surgery, the actor was transferred to the recovery room. Doctors said he would need to be closely monitored in the coming days. His wife and son came to the hospital to visit and take care of the actor.
