Driver using drugs and driving without a license fined 46 million VND
(Baonghean.vn) - The 51-year-old male driver was determined to have used drugs while driving. This man also could not present his driver's license when the police checked.
On March 28, Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of road and railway traffic against Mr. D.TN (51 years old), residing in Linh Son commune, Huong Son (Ha Tinh).
Previously, Mr. N. was driving a tractor-trailer (both vehicles had Lao license plates) on a road in Nghe An province. The authorities inspected and discovered that at the time of driving, Mr. N. had drugs in his body. This man also could not present his driver's license when working with the police.
For driving a car while having a banned substance (drugs) in his system, Mr. N. was fined 35 million VND. In addition, Mr. N. was also fined 11 million VND for driving a car without a driver's license.
The total penalty for Mr. D's two actions is 46 million VND.
