Criminal detention of subject resisting law enforcement officers at security checkpoint A80
On August 28, the Hanoi City Police Department temporarily detained Nguyen Xuan Khai (born 2003, residing in Hien Luong commune, Phu Tho province) to investigate the act of "Resisting a person on official duty".
Previously, at around 9:40 p.m. on August 27, the working group of Lang Ward Police on duty to protect the State-level preliminary rehearsal of the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 in the Lang - Tran Duy Hung area discovered Nguyen Xuan Khai driving a motorbike without a helmet, going in the wrong direction on Lang Street (from Nga Tu So to Cau Giay).

The ward police officer signaled the vehicle to stop, but the subject did not comply, accelerated the motorbike, and crashed into a ward police officer, causing both of them to fall onto the road. The ward police task force controlled, arrested, and brought the subject to headquarters. The subject's alcohol concentration was tested and the result was 0.572 mg/l of breath.

Based on collected documents, the Hanoi City Police Department has detained Nguyen Xuan Khai for resisting a person on official duty.
