Previously, according to the report of the Department of Education and Training of Do Luong district: At about 1:30 p.m. on March 28, 2017, at Ly Tu Trong Secondary School, before class, a number of students, including: Nguyen Xuan H. (class 9B), Tran Duc C. (class 9B), Cao Tien L. (class 8A) and Tran Duc M. (class 9B) were playing together.

After the collision with Tran Duc C., Nguyen Xuan H. fell down and lost consciousness. At this time, although the teacher and some students took him to Dang Son Commune Health Station for emergency treatment, Nguyen Xuan H. died.
