The new President of Long An Club said: “Maybe you don’t fully understand what I want to say. Here I am not talking about heavy or light punishments, but I want people to give punishments that are strong enough to deter and educate players so they don’t repeat the offense.”

I do not work in the organization that has the power to impose penalties, so I cannot answer exactly what kind of penalty is enough, but I only want to say that the competent authority should issue a verdict that is convincing enough, with a clear basis to deter and educate the players so that they do not repeat the offense. In this life, everyone makes mistakes and a very severe penalty is not necessarily a good form of deterrence.
