On May 27, 2022, the People's Court of Ky Son district opened the first instance trial of the defendants Luong Van Noi, Luong Van Kham, Moong Van Kham, Luong Van Huong, and Luong Van Ca for the crime of "Resisting persons on official duty" as prescribed in Article 330 of the Penal Code.
According to the indictment, at about 10:30 p.m. on January 15, 2022, Luong Van Noi, residing in Huoi Phuon 2 village, Keng Du commune, Ky Son district, climbed over the fence and broke into the quarantine area.fight against Covid-19at the Huoi Nhan Community House, Keng Du Commune to meet his girlfriend. At that time, a Keng Du Commune police officer on duty to protect the quarantine area discovered the incident and reminded Noi, but he did not comply.

Not only that, Noi also called on Luong Van Kham, Moong Van Kham, Luong Van Huong, Luong Van Ca (living in the same village) who were drinking alcohol nearby to attack the force on duty. Only after being stopped by the people did the subjects stop.
The trial panel determined that the defendants' criminal acts were dangerous to society, infringed upon the normal and proper activities of public servants, affected the management effectiveness of State management agencies, and disturbed social order and security, so they sentenced Luong Van Noi to 30 months in prison, and Luong Van Kham, Moong Van Kham, Luong Van Huong, and Luong Van Ca to 12 months in prison each.
