On the morning of October 4, Miss Doan Thien An arrived at Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC), departing for Indonesia to attend Miss Grand International 2022. The trip of the beauty from Long An received the attention of fans when she had just won the contest on October 1.

Thien An only had a few short days to prepare for the international competition. In the past few days, the new beauty queen has been busy practicing and packing her luggage. Doan Thien An was born in 2000 and is currently a student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry. She is known as "Vietnam's poorest beauty queen" because of her special circumstances. In an interview after her coronation, Thien An revealed that her trip to Indonesia was the first time she flew on a plane, the first time she went abroad. Previously, the beauty only traveled domestically by bus or train.
