(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans organized a gift giving event and presented wheelchairs to the disabled in 16 wards and communes in the city.

Morning of November 2, AssociationThe Vinh City Orphan and Disabled People's Protection Agency has directly presented 32 wheelchairs to people with mobility disabilities in 16 wards and communes in Vinh City to help them reduce difficulties in moving and other activities.

The wheelchair donation program was sponsored by the FWM Humanitarian Wheelchair Mission; GIBTK Giving Back Childhood Organization and the Humanitarian Support Organization for Vietnamese Children. On this occasion, the Vinh City People's Committee also presented 32 gifts to people with disabilities to encourage them to overcome difficulties and rise up in life with the sharing and encouragement from the community and society.
