Donate breeding cows to poor households in border areas
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 15, Tam Quang Border Guard Station (Tuong Duong) presented breeding cows to Mr. Vi Cong Oanh's family, a poor Thai ethnic household in Tan Huong village.

After surveying and understanding the circumstances and wishes of Mr. Vi Cong Oanh's family and the local climate conditions, the unit decided to buy a breeding cow worth 13.5 million VND to help the family have a sustainable livelihood and gradually escape poverty; at the same time, the unit also supported an additional 1.5 million VND and sent soldiers to directly help the family build a cowshed and provide guidance on breeding techniques.
