Considering this a very important project in ensuring traffic safety and urban order, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien concluded that the project's construction progress is still slow. The cause of the delay as well as the responsibility lies with the investor.
“In the coming time, the investor and contractor must increase equipment and vehicles, work overtime at night, and shorten the Tet holiday to ensure the acceptance progress before March 10, and the project will be put into operation by March 31,” the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized.

Regarding the problem of weak soil and difficulties encountered during the construction of the stadium, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that this is also the responsibility of the investor and at the same time suggested finding a solution. "If necessary, this weak soil layer must be leveled to another place and replaced with hard soil."
