According to current regulations in Decree No. 14/2013/ND-CP, when participating in litigation, acting as a representative outside of litigation, or mediating, legal aid assistants are only entitled to a case-based compensation rate equal to 20% of the rate applied to collaborators.
Another provision amended and supplemented in Decree No. 14/2013/ND-CP is the remuneration for collaborators providing legal aid.
