In the first 6 months of the year, the Department of Justice has coordinated with departments, branches, sectors and organizations to strengthen and perfect the Provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education, guiding 20 districts and cities to advise the People's Committees at the same level to develop operating regulations and perfect the council members. All levels and sectors have actively disseminated and propagated new legal documents passed by the 13th National Assembly, specialized legal documents, focusing on a number of areas such as anti-corruption, traffic safety, food hygiene and safety, consumer protection, compensation for site clearance, etc.
Coordinated the organization of collecting opinions from cadres, civil servants and people of all walks of life to contribute to the Draft Constitution of 1992 (amended); the amended Land Law. Mass media agencies have actively disseminated legal documents and new policies that are practical for people's lives, widely disseminated the content of the amendments to the 1992 Constitution... Mediation work and legal bookcases are regularly paid attention to and organized, 20 district-level units have 5,474 mediation teams; the whole province has 477/479 commune-level units with legal bookcases, meeting the needs of cadres and people in the area for research and study...
At the Conference, members of the Provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education participated in discussions and contributed opinions on the dissemination and propaganda of law in the province.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Thai Van Hang emphasized that in the coming time, members of the Provincial Council for Legal Education and Dissemination need to promote their role, advise and direct all levels and sectors to effectively disseminate and popularize the law. All levels and sectors continue to build and promote propaganda and mobilize people to comply with the law in the community; in the work of propagating and disseminating the law, it is necessary to pay attention to specific areas, people in rural areas and ethnic minorities.
