The Provincial People's Committee also assigned responsibility to the Department of Information and Communications, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Education and Training, the provincial press agencies, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, and the owners of the general electronic information pages to strengthen management, ensure information, press and publishing safety and security. Proactively fight against the impact of harmful and false information on the Internet; overcome the situation of revealing and leaking documents containing State secrets on the Internet.
