That is the information that Major Le Dang Khoa - Deputy Captain of the Traffic Police Team (Vinh City Police) just announced after summoning 2 groups of teenagers driving motorbikes and violating many traffic safety rules.
Previously, through patrolling and people's feedback, in Vinh city, a number of groups of young people driving motorbikes violating traffic safety laws such as speeding, driving in a row,zigzag, not wearing helmets... this causes frustration for traffic participants. The routes in Vinh city that are often chosen by young people to gather and drive motorbikes violating traffic safety are the lake area, 72m route, Thang Long street...

To handle the above cases, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police has proactively developed a plan, mobilized maximum forces and means to strengthen traffic patrol and control, disguised to record and shoot speed, as a basis for handling violations.
Since mid-October, the Traffic Police Team has investigated and handled dozens of cases of teenagers driving motorbikes violating many traffic safety regulations. Typically, on November 19, 2020, on Thang Long Street, Vinh City, 04 teenagers drove motorbikes in two groups, exceeding the speed limit, without wearing helmets. On December 4, through technical equipment, the Traffic Police Team invited 04 teenagers driving motorbikes to the headquarters to work.

Through working, these teenagers all admitted their traffic safety violations. The Traffic Police Team made a record of the incident, asked them to write a report, and pledged not to re-offend.
On the evening of November 27, 2020, another group of 6 teenagers drove motorbikes in a row without helmets on many streets of Vinh city. When the traffic police discovered them, they drove away at high speed. To ensure safety, the traffic police recorded the incident and proceeded to impose a fine. On December 5, 6 teenagers in this group were invited to the headquarters by the traffic police to work.
While working with groups of young people who violated traffic safety, the traffic police discovered that the children had formed a group with their own logo and stuck it on their motorbikes to gather and go out on the street.
