Increase operational capacity after conversion

(Baonghean) - After converting to the model of a One Member Limited Liability Company according to the Decision of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, An Ngai Agricultural One Member Limited Liability Company (Tan Ky) has had many innovations and effective production and business.

The company currently has 92 officers and employees in 13 production teams and 1 rubber latex processing factory. In addition, there are 941 workers in Tan An commune and neighboring communes who have received land use contracts from the company.

New orange varieties are grown at the company.

In 2014, the Company coordinated with local departments and branches to provide training on planting, care and exploitation techniques for rubber, fruit trees, rice, sugarcane... with more than 950 participants; organized upgrading and construction of new canals, culverts and dams. Thanks to that, the planting area for winter-spring and autumn crops reached 185 - 198 hectares/crop, the average winter-spring rice yield reached 59 quintals/ha, the output reached 1,172 tons, an increase of 88 tons compared to before. The planting area for crops reached nearly 15 hectares, raw sugarcane reached 65 hectares, the estimated output reached 4,500 tons, the rubber area was 431.95 hectares. In 2014, the Company deployed the incubation of over 2,000 quality seedlings of oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and tangerines of all kinds, which were planted and sold in the area.

There have been many innovations in the investment in infrastructure construction to serve production. The company has mobilized over 5.4 billion VND to support money for pumping water to fight drought, build raw material roads, upgrade irrigation dams; well implemented the financial management of the enterprise, developed and preserved production capital. Thanks to that, the production value in 2014 reached over 12.5 billion VND, the recorded revenue reached over 5.5 billion VND, the unit has completed 100% of fund tax and paid social insurance...

The company's leadership has always created favorable conditions for the trade union to operate smoothly, from caring for the lives and protecting the interests of workers, to mobilizing workers to actively perform production and business tasks. In 2014, the Company's Party Cell was evaluated and classified as clean and strong by the Tan Ky District Party Committee; the trade union was classified as strong by the Industry Trade Union and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation to a collective and an individual. In particular, thanks to the outstanding results in 2014, the Company's collective was honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its contribution to the common construction and development of the country and the province.

Continue to build raw material routes, hand over and put into use a number of dam and canal works; continue to direct investment in building a canal system in Thanh Chuong unit and upgrade a number of canals and renovate a number of dam bodies and culverts in the area to ensure good service for production.
