(Baonghean.vn) - The Border Guard Newspaper, in coordination with the People's Army Newspaper, the Nghe An Border Guard Command, and benefactors, recently presented 59 gift packages to the Mong ethnic minority people of Huoi Son village, Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district.

In Huoi Son village, the delegation presented 59 gift packages, each worth 700,000 VND, including confectionery, sticky rice, essential items for Tet (Lunar New Year), and 300,000 VND in cash. These gifts were contributed by the Women's Group of the Border Guard Newspaper and the Social Work Department of the People's Army Newspaper, who also appealed to benefactors to support the poor people in the border areas of Nghe An province to celebrate Tet.
Earlier, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the Tam Hop Border Guard Post and officials and people of Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province.
