Giving gifts to poor families and children in especially difficult circumstances

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 29, the group "Do Luong - Sharing love" and the Radio - Television station gave gifts to poor families and children in especially difficult circumstances in the area.

In Da Son commune, the group "Do Luong shares love" visited and gave gifts of 2 million VND and warm blankets to Mrs. Tran Thi Thien - commonly known as Mrs. Chin, in hamlet 2. Mrs. Chin is 84 years old this year, in very difficult circumstances, living in a dilapidated house. Every day she has to earn a living by catching crabs, snails and finding Che Vang leaves to sell.

At Minh Son Primary School, Do Luong Radio and Television Station gave a monthly support of 200,000 VND to Dao Thi Huyen, a 4th grader. Huyen's mother passed away early and her father has Down syndrome. She is living with her 94-year-old grandmother and her family is in a very difficult situation. The amount given is 1,800,000 VND.

On this occasion, the Do Luong group - sharing love gave a gift of 500,000 VND and notebooks to encourage Huyen to go to school.
