The delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Major Nguyen Thi Van, a professional cook at Battalion 24 (Division 324), whose husband, Senior Lieutenant Le Van Khoa, works at Squadron 102 of the Coast Guard, Region I of the Navy (Hai Phong). In early 2014, he was diagnosed with an illness requiring surgery, with initial costs of nearly 200 million VND, leaving them in difficult circumstances.

This is a meaningful gift from the Women's Committee of the Military Region to encourage, share, and help Comrade Nguyen Thi Van overcome difficulties and strive to successfully complete her assigned tasks.
