Giving Mid-Autumn gifts to disabled children in difficult circumstances

(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of September 13, local leaders and units visited and gave gifts to disabled, disadvantaged and orphaned children in the area on the occasion of the 2016 Mid-Autumn Festival.

The entire Do Luong district currently has over 700 disabled children, of which over 400 are in especially difficult circumstances, many families have two children with congenital disabilities.
