Possession of explosives, violation of border regulations.

(Baonghean.vn) -On April 9th, at the Lach Quen checkpoint, Border Guard Post 148 (Provincial Border Guard) discovered and seized the vessel NA 93637 TS owned by Nguyen Van Truc (born 1971, residing in Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district), which was found to be in possession of 0.8 kg of explosives and 9 detonators. The post fined the owner 5.5 million VND for the administrative violation and confiscated the seized items.

From April 7th to 9th, Border Guard Post 557 (Nghe An Border Guard Command) detected and arrested five individuals: Lo Van Anh (born 1992), Luong Van Tu (born 1989), Lo Van Xao (born 1982), Vi Van Noi (born 1971), all residing in Luc Da commune, Con Cuong district, and Nguyen Van Trung (born 1976, residing in Thinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) for violating border regulations.
