(Baonghean.vn) - On April 22, the My Ly Border Guard Station (Ky Son district) reported that in Keo Nam village, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district, they discovered and arrested Moong Van Phon (born in 1988, residing at the above address) for illegally possessing 10 packets of heroin. The unit has initiated criminal proceedings and handed the case over to the relevant authorities for further processing.
