(Baonghean.vn)On January 18th, at Nam Can village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, the Nam Can Border Guard Post arrested Hoc Van Tao (born in 1976, residing in Hong Tien village, Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district) for possessing 0.38 grams of heroin.

The police station has initiated a criminal case and handed over the suspect and evidence to the relevant authorities for further investigation and processing.
