Illegal possession of drugs

(Baonghean.vn) -At 6 PM on June 16th, in Xieng Tam village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, My Ly Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) discovered and arrested two individuals: Vi Van Thao and Lo Thoong Dam (both born in 1986, residing in Yen Hoa village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district) for illegally possessing narcotics.

The investigators seized 0.6 grams of heroin. The unit decided to initiate criminal proceedings and handed over the evidence and the suspect to the Ky Son District Police for further investigation and processing.
