(Baonghean.vn) - On February 23, the Ngoc Lam Border Guard Post discovered Lo Van Tinh (born in 1965, residing in Hien village, Ngoc Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district) illegally possessing a firearm in the border area. The task force confiscated one submachine gun and 12 bullets.
