Create conditions for contractors to complete construction on schedule

(Baonghean.vn)-On April 19, the Provincial People's Committee organized a delegation to inspect the progress of site clearance and ensure traffic safety at the site of the project to upgrade National Highway 1A through Nghe An province. The delegation was led by Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In Vinh City and Nghi Loc, households subject to clearance and relocation have received compensation and moved to new places, creating conditions for construction units to speed up progress. In Hoang Mai Town, in recent days, the entire political system has joined in, supporting people to dismantle structures, trees, and houses to hand over the site to construction units.

QL1A section avoiding Nha Le canal in Nghi Loc has had its site handed over, and the construction unit has also completed many items of the project.

Up to now, Nghe An has had 3 localities complete the handover of land: Vinh City, Nghi Loc, Hoang Mai Town with a route length of 73.27km/73.8km, reaching 99%. Currently, Quynh Luu and Dien Chau still have some households that have not handed over land.

In places where the site has been handed over, construction units are concentrating all their forces and machinery to work in 3 shifts, regardless of holidays, so that the project can be put into use soon.

Leaders of Dien Chau district pledged to focus on propaganda and mobilization to complete site clearance work in the next few days.

Dien Chau district still has 33 households that have not yet handed over their land.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien requested the Quynh Luu local government to make more efforts in advocacy and propaganda work. When the locality hands over the site, the contractor must promptly start construction.

Some households in Quynh Van (Quynh Luu) have not yet complied with the state's policy and have not yet handed over the site to construction units.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien praised the spirit and positive attitude of the authorities at all levels and the people in the places where the land was handed over on schedule and the policies of the State were well implemented. At the remaining points, Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien requested that local departments, branches and organizations continue to mobilize people to understand that the State's policy in expanding National Highway 1A is to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of the country, for a rich people and a strong country; all must be for the national interest, and no difficulties or obstacles must be caused in the land clearance work.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien praised the efforts of Hoang Mai Town authorities in completing the site clearance work for National Highway 1A.

People of Hoang Mai town are actively dismantling constructions and handing over the site to the construction unit.

After propaganda and mobilization, in difficult areas, we will coordinate to organize construction protection and create conditions for contractors to keep up with construction progress.
