On the morning of May 22nd, the Nam Dan District Party Committee held a meeting to summarize 10 years of implementing Project 04-DA/HU on the rotation of leading and managerial cadres, and to review one year of implementing Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee on "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today". (Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 22nd, the Nam Dan District Party Committee held a meeting to summarize 10 years of implementing Project 04-DA/HU on the rotation of leading and managerial cadres, and to review one year of implementing Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee on "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today". In implementing Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 11 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Nam Dan District Party Committee Standing Committee issued Project No. 04-DA/HU on the rotation of leading and managerial cadres. After 10 years of implementation, the rotation of leading and managerial cadres has been actively carried out; the work of educating cadres and Party members on ideology has been done well, ensuring they fully understand and voluntarily comply with cadre transfers and rotations, creating positive changes from the grassroots level. A total of 535 out of 1,196 district and commune cadres have been replaced, including 23 cadres who became commune Party secretaries; 28 cadres who became deputy commune Party secretaries; 32 cadres who became deputy chairmen of commune People's Committees; 22 district-level cadres transferred from the district to the grassroots; 10 cadres transferred and rotated from the grassroots to the district; and 47 cadres transferred and rotated to other sectors in the district. The rotation of cadres under Project 04-DA/HU has created a significant shift in cadre management in the district.

The report summarizing one year of implementing Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee on "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" shows that, after the review meeting, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dan District Party Committee focused on clearly identifying immediate tasks and rectifying issues, including 5 issues; 289 issues related to departments, offices, branches, and grassroots Party committees and branches have been identified. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee established two inspection teams to monitor the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee; 5 issues of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee have been completed, such as: completing the repair of the severely damaged road section in front of the Phan Boi Chau Memorial House; constructing the road from National Highway 46 to the District General Hospital; putting the district's integrated one-stop service center into operation… After the review, regarding personnel work: one member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee was transferred to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Lien commune; One comrade from the District Party Committee, Chief of the District Party Committee Office, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Cat commune… In general, after implementing Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee, the sense of responsibility of cadres and Party members has been enhanced, creating greater consensus in society to effectively carry out the local political tasks.
