Creating consensus in preventing and fighting Covid-19
(Baonghean.vn) - The fight against the Covid-19 pandemic has been and is being vigorously carried out throughout the province. In particular, the most important factor is the mass mobilization work with the entire political system and all the people working together to create strength and consensus in the work of preventing and fighting the pandemic.
PROACTIVE, FLEXIBLE
In order to create social consensus and promote the great strength of the people in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, in recent times, the Party Committee, the government and the entire political system from the provincial to the grassroots level have put mass mobilization work first and foremost. The most noticeable thing is that the entire political system from the provincial to the grassroots level has focused highly on epidemic prevention and control work; regardless of the field, block, department, or independent, individual professional department.
With the awareness that in order to mobilize the masses well, first of all, it is necessary to provide sufficient information so that people can grasp, understand correctly and implement well the policies and measures to prevent and control the epidemic at all levels; accordingly, the work of informing and propagating about the dangers of the epidemic, about the policies, measures and solutions to prevent and control the epidemic at all levels is deployed by the entire political system using many flexible methods and ways; in which, maximizing the grassroots radio system, social networks of organizations, individuals, and community Covid-19 teams "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every subject", some localities such as Quynh Luu, Con Cuong... also organizemobile propaganda teams.

Along with information and propaganda work, people highly appreciate the active and proactive participation of the province and localities. Urgent meetings of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of the province, districts, cities and towns were held, along with timely and appropriate policies and measures issued, appropriate to each period and the development of the epidemic, creating consensus among the people.
In particular, in the spirit of seeking knowledge, listening to feedback and suggestions from the people, the authorities of some localities such as Vinh city and Thanh Chuong district are ready to immediately replace and adjust newly issued policies and plans to best protect the health and interests of the people, without imposition or willfulness. Images of leaders at all levels rushing into action at the moment there are F0 cases or new outbreaks to promptly direct the work.trace, block, limit the source of infectionout into the community; then promptly present at checkpoints and concentrated quarantine areas to share and encourage frontline forces and people...
Mass mobilization work is also focused on by all levels to convince people by paying attention to taking care of people's lives in all circumstances. In Quynh Luu district, when the first F0 case appeared in Quynh Lam commune and then Directive 16 was applied throughout the district, in addition to supporting and motivating frontline forces; the district also directed the Fatherland Front and organizations from the district to the commune to call for all resources andtimely support of necessitiesfor households in locked-down areas and organize cooking meals for people in concentrated quarantine areas, creating peace of mind for people to accompany the government's policies.

For families with F0 and F1 members who had to be quarantined and had small children, the Fatherland Front and organizations encouraged people to take care of the children at home; that is also taking care of pets for the families".
Similarly in Vinh city, when applying and implementing Directive 16 with the spirit of "wherever you are, stay there", the city has assigned the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations to develop a plan to support people in purchasing necessities. The city has also established a team to receive information to support disadvantaged families through the system of wards and communes, reporting and proposing daily to promptly support necessities; at the same time, a "hotline" has been set up to receive feedback and needs from people, ensuring that people feel secure and agree to implement the city's anti-epidemic measures at this time.
