Creating a brand for Nam Dan tourism

The working group directly surveyed the actual location of the construction of the bus station to Kim Lien. According to the plan, Nam Dan will build a bus station to Kim Lien, with an area of ​​45 hectares, about 1km from the Kim Lien relic site and about 100m from Uncle Ho's maternal hometown.

After having a bus station, to serve the needs of traveling, sightseeing and relaxing in Nam Dan, there will be an electric car system to take visitors to visit Uncle Ho's paternal and maternal hometowns, the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, and Chung Son temple.

Next, the delegation surveyed the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan Town area, including visiting the Phan Boi Chau Memorial Site and relics related to King Mai Hac De.

Nam Dan is a locality with potential and strengths in tourism development, however, the locality has not developed commensurate with its potential advantages. Therefore, the Resolution of the Nam Dan District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term has determined the development orientation of Nam Dan as: Tourism economy becomes an important economic sector to promote the development of the district's economy.

The tasks set by Nam Dan are: Promoting potential advantages, effectively exploiting available resources, taking advantage of all resources, attracting investment in building tourism infrastructure and tourism products; paying attention to developing tourism associated with socio-economic development. Expanding and combining many types of tourism to create diversity and richness in tourism activities.

Focus on building unique, key, and key tourism products, gradually creating the brand name “Friendly and hospitable Nam Dan Tourism”, worthy of being the key tourism center of Nghe An province. At the same time, to develop Nam Dan to its full potential and advantages, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued a Resolution on the direction and tasks for developing Nam Dan district in the 2017-2025 period, taking into account 2030.

In which, the Resolution determines the direction of building Nam Dan into a key district for tourism and striving to soon become a model New Rural district of the country.

In which, the most important goal of Nam Dan is to become a national tourist center; taking tourism as the "soul" so that other industries and activities must serve it to grow and develop according to that goal.

After the field survey, the working delegation will contribute opinions at the meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee held in Nam Dan district this afternoon, May 17, to listen to and give opinions on the draft Resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the direction and tasks for the development of Nam Dan district in the period of 2017-2025, with a view to 2030.
