CARING FOR POLICY FAMILIES AND POOR HOUSEHOLDS
For many years, the family of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ho Thi Tu, born in 1928 in Hamlet 2, Nam Anh Commune (Nam Dan) has treated the staff and workers of Cienco4 Group as their own children. "My mother has 2 sons who are martyrs, the care and sharing of the staff and employees of Cienco4 Group somewhat eases the loss in my mother's heart, I feel like I have more children, this is the greatest encouragement and comfort for me in my old age" - mother Ho Thi Tu confided.

For many poor people in Nghe An, the staff and workers of Cienco4 Group are the ones who bring them sustainable livelihoods. To help the poor improve their lives, the breeding cow support program that Cienco4 Group has persistently implemented over the past years in Nghe An province has brought about many practical and meaningful results, directly contributing to the local poverty reduction results.
Accordingly, the breeding cow support program has been implemented by Cienco4 Group since 2012 and has been deployed in Thanh Chuong, Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son districts and has provided 140 breeding cows to 140 poor households with a total amount of nearly 2.3 billion VND. These households are mainly ethnic minorities, with very difficult production and economic development conditions. The breeding cow support has truly become a "lifesaver" and a driving force to help many poor households overcome difficulties and escape poverty.
“My family is a poor household, and the initial support from the breeding cow of Cienco4 Group has effectively supported the family in economic development. With a value of more than 17 million VND/breeding cow, my family has the conditions to raise livestock and develop the economy. The breeding cow is carefully cared for by the family, develops very well and reproduces so that the family can develop livestock. What the family has long wished for has now become a reality, helping my family have the opportunity to escape poverty” - Ms. Lo Thi Bi, Tam Quang commune (Tuong Duong) shared.

Over the years, Cienco4 Group has joined hands to take better care of people with meritorious services and families with preferential policies.
Promoting the morality and tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree", in recent years, Cienco4 Group has joined hands to take better care of people with meritorious services and families with preferential policies. To commemorate and show gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers who have devoted and sacrificed for the country, Cienco4 Group has organized many delegations to visit and give gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of martyrs, and families with meritorious services to the revolution.
As a tradition, on July 25 and 26 every year, Cienco4 Group organizes a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to commemorate Heroes and Martyrs at the Dong Loc T-junction Historical Site, Ky Anh Martyrs Cemetery and the Construction Department Cemeteries in Ha Tinh - Quang Binh, Tan Ap Cemetery, Tho Loc Cemetery, Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery, Highway 9 National Cemetery, Vinh City Cemetery, Truong Bon, Dam Mu Nuoi.
On this occasion, Cienco4 Group also presented hundreds of gifts to policy families in the vicinity of the Construction Department Cemeteries in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Lang Thuong Ward, Dong Da (Hanoi). At the same time, the Group visited, presented gifts, and gave annual support money to 17 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in 4 districts; Yen Thanh, Do Luong, Thanh Chuong, Nam Dan (Nghe An). Visited and presented gifts to policy families in Hai Phong, visited Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Thi Luong in Phuc Yen (Vinh Phuc), offered flowers and incense at Nhon Cemetery, Hanoi City. Every year, Cienco4 Group spends more than 1 billion VND to carry out activities for the poor, take care of policy families, and people with meritorious services at Cienco4 projects under construction.

The Group is also always concerned aboutsocial activitieswith a total amount of support of more than 70 billion VND (from 2013 to present) such as supporting the Fund for the Poor, building gratitude houses, building "Union Shelters", supporting 25 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers for life (now only 17 mothers remain), building and renovating the Martyrs' Cemetery of the Department of Construction in Quang Binh to become a place of worship and memorialize the names of 668 martyrs who died on the battlefields.
The practical and meaningful companionship activities of Cienco4 Group have been recognized by Nghe An province and other localities nationwide. But above all, it is the joy of contributing to helping poor households improve their lives, have more faith and aspiration for a better future in the spirit of "leaving no one behind".
JOIN HANDS TO PREVENT COVID-19
In recent years, Cienco 4 Group Joint Stock Company, as well as many enterprises operating in the fields of construction and transportation, have faced many difficulties, but Cienco 4 Group has always actively responded to programs launched by Nghe An province. Responding to the call for "All people to participate in supporting the prevention and fight against Covid-19", on the morning of June 16, 2021, at the Hall of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Cienco 4 Group presented fundsSupport Covid-19 Prevention FundNghe An province amount of 400 million VND.
The Group also contributed 500 million VND to the Hanoi Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund. This is a meaningful activity of the staff, employees and workers of Cienco4 Group, promoting the tradition of "Solidarity, mutual love" of the nation, aiming to mobilize resources to support the Fund for purchasing vaccines to prevent the epidemic; demonstrating responsibility to the community, joining hands and contributing to Nghe An province to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the area.
