Russian Railways Group prepares to study light metro construction in Vietnam
Russian Railways' subsidiary Railway International will prepare a feasibility study for building a "light metro" line in Vietnam, Russian Railways said.

"A subsidiary of the Russian Railways group and a group of Vietnamese investors led by Lung Lo Construction Corporation have signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of the Tan Tao - Linh Dong - Long Thanh Airport light rail (LRT) line in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province (Vietnam)," the statement said.
The signing ceremony took place in Moscow within the framework of the official visit of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong to the Russian Federation.
