TH Group honored 'Best Workplace in Asia 2021'
(Baonghean.vn) - According to HR Asia's report, the "Enterprises that put people above profits" index of TH Group - the owner of the TH true MILK fresh milk brand, has just been honored as the best workplace in Asia 2021, reaching 4.3/5, far exceeding the average index of businesses in the region.

At the end of 2018, after completing 2 years of military service, Nguyen Cung Linh returned to his family in Ha Dong (Hanoi). While the 1994-born man was still uncertain, Mr. Ngo Dang Thanh - Sales Supervisor of Thanh Oai - Chuong My area (Hanoi) called Linh back to TH to work as a Key-shop point of sale employee. "Return" because before joining the military service, this young man worked as a sales employee for TH from March 2015 to February 2017.
After that, it was Mr. Thanh who recommended Linh to participate in the Career Road Map 2020 training program - an important training program for any employee who wants to advance in their career. Passing the exam and 12 months of serious study and field challenges, Cung Linh officially became the Sales Supervisor of Son La region from September 2021. Currently, Linh is managing 1 distributor, 6 employees and 720 stores.

The story of Mr. Hoang Trong Su - Supervisor of the mechanical team, Garage department of THMF is a typical example. After 10 years working at TH, Mr. Su and his colleagues in the mechanical team have made innovations that have helped TH become one of the agricultural enterprises that owns the most diverse range of useful "mutant" machines, such as the free-stall plowing device that integrates 2 functions of plowing and leveling in the same operation (imported machines can only level, workers must use hoes to rake manually); 5-in-1 lifting fork to attach multi-function devices improved from a tractor; floor sweeping device that completely replaces manual sweeping; silage set installed behind the tractor to increase the quality of feed for dairy cows; integrated automatic yeast spraying to increase quantitative accuracy and help workers not have to spray manually...
Sharing about the innovations at TH Group, Mr. Su said: "It was really when I started working at TH that I started to have the opportunity to be creative, seeing things that were not suitable for the specifics of the job and then starting to improve."
According to Mr. Su, the innovations were born because the team members were all dedicated to their jobs, everyone always maintained a working spirit and always learned, always had the motivation to move forward together, but the special thing was that the ideas of the team members were always supported by the leader.
“The boss must be attentive and wholeheartedly supportive to make it work, otherwise, no matter how many ideas there are, it will be difficult to complete. Once the feasibility and usefulness of the proposal is assessed, the boss will create conditions from materials, equipment, sometimes borrowing or renting tools and equipment to help the team create successfully,” said Mr. Su.
