TH Group starts construction of trillion-dollar fruit juice factory in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 1, in Nghia Son commune - Nghia Dan district, TH Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Nui Tien purified water and fruit juice factory.

The Nui Tien Pure Water and Fruit Juice Factory Project has an investment of 1,177 billion VND on an area of ​​11.75 hectares. The factory is expected to launch products by the end of 2019, with products including purified water, fruit juice (orange juice), aloe vera jam, herbal water, and rice milk.

The project uses advanced, modern, energy-saving, environmentally friendly technology, all 2 modern 100% automated production lines from Krones - Germany, with the maximum capacity of the pure water production line reaching 600,000 liters/day and night (40,000 bottles/hour) and the maximum capacity of the fruit juice production line is 36,000 bottles/hour, this production line is expected to use about 40 tons of fruit/hour, becoming the largest and most modern factory in the Central region.

The pure water production line of the Factory uses a completely natural raw water source, which is pure underground water from the Tien Mountain area (Nghia Dan) at a depth of more than 100m. The underground water in this area is unlikely to be affected by surface water and is far from residential areas, so there are no pollutants. The type of fruit surveyed to be used as raw material is oranges - a specialty of the Phu Quy area. The operation of the Tien Mountain fruit juice factory will contribute to expanding the orange and tangerine growing area, creating a stable source of income for farmers in the area.

After the Nui Tien Pure Water and Fruit Juice Factory, TH Group continues to build a Fruit Juice Extraction Factory from fresh fruits. Along with the main fruit of oranges, TH Group also researches to produce aloe vera jam, herbal water, rice milk water... with completely natural ingredients.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, comrade Le Xuan Dai acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of TH Group in investing in many production and processing factories, creating jobs for local workers. Hopefully, the factory producing purified water and fruit juice will create a stable source of income for farmers in Phu Quy area and people in the whole province. Linking production with consumption, creating sustainable value in the field of agricultural development. At the same time, he requested departments, branches and local authorities to create all favorable conditions for the factory to be completed and put into operation on schedule.
