Ms. Thai Huong shared that the major goals of the School Health Program are consistent with the core values that TH Group has built and nurtured, and that is the reason why TH always accompanies the Program. |
The School Health Program for the period 2021 - 2025 was announced with the support of TH Group in particular, organizations and businesses in general, expecting to bring positive changes "For a strong Vietnam, For a Vietnamese stature".
According to Ms. Thai Huong: "In order for the school health sector to achieve success, in addition to the participation and efforts of the Government and ministries, it is extremely important to socialize and call on businesses in the food industry to participate."
As a business in the food industry, carrying the aspiration "For Vietnamese stature", TH has been very persistent in many activities to take care of school health.
Specifically, in September 2014, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Training, and TH Group jointly launched the program “Joining hands for Vietnamese stature”. This is the first national activity to strongly call for social resources to participate in the School Milk Project – a part of Project 641 – the overall project to develop physical strength and stature of Vietnamese people in the period 2011 – 2030, developing the School Milk model in Nghe An.

TH is a pioneer in the national School Milk program. |
Previously, from July 2013 to June 2014, TH Group and the National Institute of Nutrition conducted a pilot study on community intervention for the product UHT Fresh Milk - School Milk Sweetened, along with organizing dozens of meetings and seminars to discuss milk standards with leading nutrition experts at home and abroad and consult with ministries and sectors to have the best quality and the most appropriate approach to school nutrition.
With the pioneering role of TH Group in the National School Milk Program from 2016 to present, the program has achieved remarkable results. The most important point is that fresh milk brought to schools must have standards, regulations, and scientific nutritional research suitable for children's absorption, contributing to reducing the situation of bringing milk of unknown origin and not ensuring food safety into schools.
