RIA Novosti news agency on March 24 quoted Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov as saying the above information.
“There are still a number of state contracts that have not been fulfilled. For example, the Tupolev Corporation failed to deliver 11 modernized aircraft on time, as well as 13 repaired aircraft,” Borisov said.
The Russian Deputy Defense Minister also added that, according to the 2016 State order, the Defense Ministry has not yet received the aircraft ammunition from the Tactical Missile Armament Corporation. 105 missiles have been delivered but the time is not guaranteed.
It is known that the information was given by Deputy Minister Borisov at a time when the Russian Ministry of Defense was conducting military equipment acceptance tests under the chairmanship of Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
