Training on preferential policies for people with meritorious services.
(Baonghean.vn) –On June 25th and 26th, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs organized a training conference on preferential policies for people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution. Attending the training were representatives from several relevant departments and agencies, and officials from the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs offices of 20 districts, cities, and towns.
At this conference, delegates received training and information on new ordinances and documents regarding preferential policies for people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, such as: Ordinance No. 04/2012, passed by the National Assembly on July 16, 2012, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the ordinance on preferential treatment for people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, effective from September 1, 2012.
View of the training class
New points in Decree 31/ND-CP dated April 9, 2013; Circular 05 on implementing preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution; guidance on points needing clarification for implementation; procedures for verification and management of records; implementation of Decision 22/QD-TTg on guiding housing support policies for people with meritorious services, as well as the construction of graves and cemeteries for people with meritorious services to the revolution.
These are new, practical policies that help officials working in the fields of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, especially at the grassroots level, to organize and implement policies for war invalids and martyrs seriously, fully, accurately, and promptly, minimizing errors and shortcomings in the process of compiling dossiers. Through training, awareness is raised, and new policies and guidelines of the Party and State regarding war invalids and martyrs and their families are promptly grasped.
