Skills training for 250 Youth Union and Young Pioneers cadres

This is an activity within the Youth Union and Youth Movement program in 2019 to equip skills and expertise in Youth Union - Young Pioneer work, create conditions for Youth Union - Young Pioneer cadres to practice, exchange experiences in organizing activities, improve the quality of consulting, operating and designing movement activities of the unit, helping to improve the quality of Youth Union work and youth movement in the whole province.

Attending this year's training camp were 250 delegates who were in charge of the Youth Union - Young Pioneers work at the district level; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of the Youth Union, Chairmen of the Youth Union Councils of communes, wards and towns; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of the Youth Union of high schools, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers at the district level; teachers in charge of the Youth Union of primary and secondary schools, officers in charge of the Youth Union - Young Pioneers work of the Department of Education and Training of districts, cities and towns.

With the theme "Proud of Nghe An Youth Union and Young Pioneers", during the 5-day training course (August 27-31, 2019), the campers will be instructed in skills such as: collective activities serving Youth Union and Young Pioneers activities; outdoor skills; communication; practicing drowning prevention and first aid skills; union member and youth affairs management; camp organization; group activities, campfires, etc.

In addition, students also learned about some topics on improving the quality of inspection, supervision and social criticism.

With the slogan "Good at profession - Solid skills - Overcoming challenges - Self-affirmation", students will be guided in skills and learn about topics to serve and promote the work of the Youth Union - Pioneers and the youth and children's movement in the locality in particular and the whole province in general to develop more and more. The 2019 Nghe An Provincial Youth Union - Pioneer Skills Training Camp will contribute to creating a team of Youth Union - Pioneer cadres with full capacity, mastering skills, expertise and professionalism, in order to serve and promote the work of the Youth Union, Pioneers and the youth and children's movement in the locality in particular and the whole province in general to develop more and more.
