Training on 'Hospital Behavioral Culture'

(Baonghean.vn)-In order to effectively implement the plan "Innovating the style and service attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction in 2016", on the afternoon of June 24, Vinh City General Hospital organized a training session on "Culture of behavior and medical ethics in hospitals in the integration period".

The training course was directly taught by Dr. Mai Xuan Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Communication and Education - General Department of Population and Family Planning (Ministry of Health).

The purpose of the training course is to equip knowledge, change awareness, attitude, and patient service style of staff in the hospital, practice communication and behavioral skills, improve service spirit and attitude, strengthen trust and satisfaction of patients; Behavioral culture, communication skills between medical staff and patients, with patients' families, between medical staff and leaders, with colleagues, handling situations in communication; clarify the contents of Circular 07/2014/TT-BYT dated February 25, 2014 of the Ministry of Health regulating the content of the Code of Conduct for civil servants, public employees, and employees working at medical facilities.

This training course aims to create a strong change in awareness, attitude and behavior of medical staff in performing their duties; contribute to improving the quality of health care for the people; consolidate and build people's trust in the health sector in general and the City General Hospital in particular.
