Training on professional skills for grassroots union cadres in 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 26, the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union organized the opening ceremony of the 2015 Training Course for grassroots youth union officials.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Bui Dinh Sam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

The training course had the participation of more than 100 trainees who were cadres of 42 grassroots youth unions of industry units throughout the province.

The training program took place over 3 days (November 26-29) with the participation of more than 100 trainees who are union officials from 42 grassroots union branches of industry units throughout the province.

Comrade Bui Dinh Sam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, took on the topic of Combating Peaceful Evolution at the training course.

The training content includes 3 main categories: political skills, professional skills and organizing social security activities. Through the training course, grassroots union officials will be supplemented with knowledge on the work of building, organizing and supervising the Union; improving skills in methods and solutions for developing plans to organize youth activities in the locality.

At the training session on the morning of November 26, Comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department gave a lecture on Combating peaceful evolution through ideological work in the current period. He emphasized that peaceful evolution is increasingly complex and sophisticated. For Nghe An, in the past time, we have constantly raised our vigilance, proactively fought to defeat all plots of "peaceful evolution" and distorted arguments of hostile forces against our Party and State. In the coming time, it is necessary to further raise awareness for union members and cadres, requiring each individual to be absolutely loyal to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought. Thereby improving the effectiveness of propaganda and orienting public opinion.

According to the plan, on November 27, the training class will go on a field trip to Ban Ve Hydropower Company and give gifts to poor students at Yen Na Primary School (Tuong Duong). On November 28, they will organize a porridge distribution for patients at Tuong Duong Hospital.
