Training on professional skills in Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement.

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 16, 2015, the Inspection Committee of the Nam Dan District Party Committee organized a training course on inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement work for members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committees at the grassroots level and Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party branches under the District Party Committee.

The training sessions covered the following topics: Basic issues concerning inspection and supervision; Disciplinary action against Party organizations and members; Drafting documents and providing guidance on forms and documents related to inspection, supervision, and disciplinary action within the Party; and addressing requests and suggestions regarding inspection, supervision, and disciplinary action within the Party. Based on this, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission conducted on-site inspections of files related to several inspections and supervisions carried out by grassroots Party committees and inspection commissions. This allowed for specific and practical guidance and corrections to address various situations encountered during the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary action at the grassroots level.

This training course provides an opportunity for newly reorganized Party committee members, Party Inspection Committee members, and grassroots Party branch committee members, following the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, to enhance their understanding of the position, role, and importance of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work within the Party. It also aims to improve their knowledge and skills in Party work in general, and inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work in particular, thereby enhancing their work capacity and successfully fulfilling their assigned tasks.
