Training on the implementation of electronic invoices in Nghi Loc
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 10, Nghe An Tax Department and Nghi Loc District Tax Department organized a training session on the use of electronic invoices for units and businesses using invoices in the district.
At the training session, nearly 200 business directors, principals, and accountants of schools in Nghi Loc district were informed about regulations on electronic invoices; characteristics and benefits of this type of invoice; and plans for implementing electronic invoices.

An electronic invoice is simply understood as a type of data file created by the seller and sent to the buyer of goods and services via electronic means. This data reflects the customer's transaction with full content and must be stored to serve the business's administration and tax management of the tax authority.
Using electronic invoices reduces costs compared to using paper invoices. At the same time, it reduces the time spent searching for invoices, increases security, and helps to store and manage invoices permanently.
In the coming time, Nghi Loc Tax Department will continue to focus on disseminating and guiding units using invoices on procedures for registering electronic invoices for taxpayers.
